Direct Primary Care Membership

Membership Fees:

We offer affordable membership fees based on age range:

  • Adults $55 per member per month (26+)
  • Children $45 per member per month (Newborn to 25)
  • Seniors $75 per member per month (65+)

These fees cover all primary care services provided by Michigan Health Specialists. We do not bill insurance companies, so there are no surprise fees or deductibles. Our transparent pricing allows you to plan and budget for your healthcare needs without any financial surprises.
